Weiwang Hot Melt Adhesives Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of hot melt adhesive sticks and hot melt adhesive granules, based in China and exporting to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Americas. We operate our own production lines — EVA and metallocene formulations for glue sticks, plus granulated adhesives for packaging, bookbinding, woodworking, labeling, automotive filters and hygiene industries.
As a factory-direct supplier we control formulation, extrusion and quality testing in-house. Every batch is checked for softening point, viscosity, open time and appearance before shipment, and TDS / MSDS documents are available for every product. We support private label (OEM), custom formulations (ODM), neutral export packaging and flexible MOQ for distributors and brand owners.

Quality Control Process

Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming lot of EVA resin, tackifier resin and wax is tested for melting point, color and purity before entering production.

In-Process Control
During mixing and extrusion, technicians monitor temperature curves and sample viscosity every shift to keep the formulation consistent.
- 03
Finished Product Testing
Softening point (ring & ball), melt viscosity at 180°C, open time, setting speed, appearance and bonding strength are tested per batch.
- 04
Final Inspection & Shipping
Finished goods are checked for packing weight, carton labeling and palletizing; TDS, MSDS and COA documents are attached for export orders.
